With the Monashees Package we will help members with premium wines and selections from the Vintage Room with cellaring potential. With each wine we will include technical and food pairing notes, a few suggestions on how to optimally enjoy the wines chosen or when to open them in the future.With the Monashees Package we will help members with premium wines and selections from the Vintage Room with cellaring potential. The Monsahees Package is focused around premium wines, often from small low-yielding family vineyards that practice sustainable farming. Each package will include:

• 2 bottles of white and 2 bottles of red wine to either drink now or cellar

• Technical sheets on the vineyard and wine

• Tasting notes and food pairing suggestions

• Notes provided on the wineries

Most wine is consumed within 24hrs of purchase. The Monashees Package makes it easy and enjoyable to save these premium gems and either start your own cellar or a simple "save for later" wine fridge.
