See Ya Later Ranch Ping Meritage
Ping Meritage opens with dark and red fruit on the nose that continues on to the palate, where you will also find hints of vanilla, spice and dark chocolate. Full tannins lead to a smooth and lingering finish.
Warm spring temperatures had us seeing bud break in early May, and the summer was typically hot and dry in the Okanagan, reaching temperatures in the mid to high 30’s C. Early fall brought more rain than average and it appeared that both reds and whites would be ready for harvest at the same time, but cooler weather helped to separate the harvest and allowed for flavor development in the aromatic whites.
An integrated blend of 55% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvingnon and 20% Cabernet Franc. Fermented separately at 30C with daily punch downs, and blended one month before bottling.

This red is versatile enough to be paired with many foods from barbecued steak and beef tenderloin to savoury pastas and even rich chocolate desserts.
