Church & State's Lost Inhibitions Sparkling White
This wine is an ambrosia of fruit! Bananas and pineapples on the nose to a palate of ripe pears and golden delicious apples and peaches. Apples and pears continue with the Muscat contributing to a floral note on the finish. Bright and fresh, this delightful sparkling is the perfect accompaniment to any occasion!
Each grape varietal contributing to this wine was fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at an average of 15- 16 degrees Celsius for 7-10 days. Wine was racked of lees to preserve the fruit forward style suited for the Lost Inhibitions family of wines. The cuvée was blended so that the bubbles would bring a little more class to the sass of the wine.
