Haywire The Bub
The Bub 2012; 51% Pinot Noir, 49% Chardonnay. These grapes were grown in a cool mountain vineyard site near Oliver, whole cluster pressed, fermented cool, and secondary bottle-fermented. Aged in the classic method, warm disgorged and finished with a small amount of sweet white dosage. . The Bub is proudly made by Okanagan Crush Pad’s sparkling winemaker, Jordan Kubek, who recommends pairing it with soft cheeses, fresh oysters, or enjoying it purely on its own.
