Woodbridge Lightly Oaked Chardonnay
We carefully press the clusters immediately after harvest to highlight the intense flavours with out extracting any of the bitterness. The juice was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks at 50°F to emphasis the fresh fruit character. To enhance the wines silkiness , we then aged a small portion of wine in French oak. We finally blended in several aromatic white wine varietals to complete the wine's flavor profile.
