Ruby Blues White
Beginning with aromas of spice and grapefruit, it is a crisp white with hints of apricots and with a nice mineral backbone.
After 10 years of building and establishing Red Rooster Winery, they sold the winery to Andrew Peller and travelled extensively. Upon their return to the Okanagan, they built another winery called Ruby Blues. The winemaker, Blair Gillingham worked in New Zealand, Australia, and Austria before landing at Ruby Blues.
The White Stiletto is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris.
