Blasted Church Hatfield's Fuse is incredibly complex, sophisticated and a little loopy. This blend holds 9 different varietals! Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Optima, Riesling and Chardonnay Musque. Visually Blasted Church deliveres us a humerous story illustrated on the label, and the wine inside holds a light golden hue. Complex aroma of tropical and orchard fruit fill the glass. This crisp and zesty blend is a great pick up whatever the occasion.
Medium to full bodied. Mouth filling stone fruit flavours with lychee and pineapple. Crisp lime and zesty pink grapefruit on a long, lingering finish.
Once again the 2012 Hatfield’s Fuse is a cornucopia of flavors. Aromas and bouquets of the Okanagans’ grapes and fruits are expressed. A total of nine different grape varieties provide an amazing taste and flavor spectrum. The 2012 vintage provided excellent conditions to ripen and maintain fruit flavours in aromatic grape varieties.
Each parcel of fruit was vinted separately. Various strains of yeast were incorporated to achieve maximum flavor layering in the wine. All wines were fermented cool to retain flavor intensity.
