This Pinot Gris shows colours of pale straw with a green highlights. Aromas of stonefruit, grapefruit and orange citrus fill the glass and lead into that notable pear, grapefruit again, honey and spice on the palate. A great patio wine with friends on a hot summer evening.
A beautiful fruity and crisp wine with aromas of nectarine and gala apple followed by a palate full of complex white peach, stone fruit, and pear.
Selectively hand harvested; cool fruit was de-stemmed to process. Fermented in 4 components with neutral yeast in a combination of seasoned oak and stainless steel; ambient cool. Aged on lees for 3 months. A small portion was stopped with a small trace of residual sugar.
